Phil Blazer is president of Blazer Communications and publisher of The National Jewish News; producer of award-winning television and radio programs; community activist, author and lecturer. As president of the JLTV Network, Blazer oversaw the acquisition of the MGM motion picture library for syndication on the internet and international television.

Blazer also founded the International Jewish Film Festival, which has attracted some of the world’s most respected directors, producers and actors. His book authorships include Theodor Herzl: Father of Zionism and History of Jewish Los Angeles: Wrestling with the Angels, which he developed into a PBS Documentary for television in 2006.
